Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform product readiness tasks and on-site service for a range of medical devices.

You will clean, disinfect, run function checks, and perform minor repairs, with on-call duties to support patient care. This role involves operating a service vehicle, handling loading/unloading up to 1680 pounds, and delivering service at centers and accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Technical or Trade School training preferred.
• Experience with FDA regulated products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Ability to troubleshoot devices and repair any malfunctioning components.
• Ability to load, unload, and remove medical products, weighing up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities required under service contract.
• Safely operate box truck vehicle or company car ranging in size from a cargo van up to a 26,000 pound truck.
