Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform readiness and repair work on a wide range of medical devices, including patient-ready products and rentals.

You will operate a box truck or company vehicle and provide timely service support, including after-hours calls, to healthcare facilities. The role requires troubleshooting of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, proper use of tools, and direct customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Troubleshoot devices and repair malfunctioning components.
• Use the appropriate tools in making required adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities required under service contract.
• Safely operate box truck or company car up to 26,000 pounds.
