Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service self-service banking equipment across the North American region. You will diagnose and repair electromechanical systems, coordinate with customers, and participate in ongoing training to grow your technical abilities.

The role requires travel within territory, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related field service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment (ATMs, self-checkout) in assigned territory.
• Diagnose hardware/software/network issues and resolve promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document service actions.
• Participate in training programs and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
