Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service electromechanical equipment and install, maintain, and repair systems in an assigned territory, including rotating shifts and travel as needed.

Ideal candidates are local to the Des Moines area, possess PC and basic electronic skills, a valid driver's license, and are prepared for extensive hands-on training. Medical insurance, 401K, and paid holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Local candidate with authorized US work status is required.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
