You will work with experienced field professionals to develop foundational competencies in a travel-intensive environment.

The role emphasizes learning OEM manuals, basic measurements, and safe use of hand tools, with travel about 80%.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and commissioning of reciprocating engines and compressors at customer sites.
• Assist experienced technicians with preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Develop proficiency with hand tools, torque devices, and field equipment.
• Learn to use OEM manuals to identify parts and procedures.
• Monitor equipment condition, record observations, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service in a travel-intensive field environment.
