Job summary

Cooper Machinery Services is seeking a Field Service Representative to own field assignments from planning through completion. You will coordinate resources, materials, and technical requirements for reciprocating engines and compressors in field settings.

You will diagnose, overhaul, and repair equipment, communicate findings to customers, and ensure all work follows OEM procedures and safety standards while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience with reciprocating compression systems.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems in the field and propose solutions.
• Strong communication with customers and field crew.

Responsibilities

• Own field service jobs from planning to completion.
• Overhaul, repair, inspection, maintenance, testing and commissioning of engines and compressors.
• Serve as technical point of contact for customers and document results.
• Direct field activities following OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Develop statements of work, material lists, and field reports.
