Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with enterprise software and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and review service requests accurately and timely.
