Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking field technicians to service gaming devices, ATMs, and redemption devices at bars, restaurants, and similar venues. The role runs 40 hours weekly across four 10-hour shifts, 3:30pm–2am, Wednesday through Saturday. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and effective communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Terminal Handler's License costs covered by company.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; basic computer literacy helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Load and unload supplies and assist in other areas as needed.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment repairs promptly.
• Interact with staff and customers to resolve issues and document work.
