Field Service Technician – Accel Entertainment

Accel Entertainment Inc. is a leading provider of gaming terminals in the United States, supporting over 27,000 electronic gaming machines across more than 4,300 venues. We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair gaming, ATM, and amusement equipment at bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops, and other locations.

Position Basics

• Work field hours, 40 hrs/week, across Illinois
• Shift options: weekends, second and third shift with differential pay
• Company‑supplied vehicle and fuel card
• Hourly pay $18–$30, dependent on experience
• Full time; competitive benefits (health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, PTO)

Responsibilities

• Interact with clerks, staff, management, and customers to resolve issues
• Maintain parts inventory and complete required documentation
