Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Upper Peninsula, MI region. In this role you will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment for major retail clients, ensuring timely, high-quality responses and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have PC and basic electronic skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving days.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
