Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant (CSC) to ensure seamless operation of our dry ice solution systems across customer facilities in the Charlotte, NC region. You will install, train, troubleshoot, and perform repairs, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Field Service Maintenance, or equivalent experience (Engineering background a plus).
• Proven technical aptitude with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience using multi-meters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum of three years in a technical customer service or field service role.
• B2B capital or industrial goods sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance inspections for optimal performance and satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with diagnostic tools.
• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance with minimal downtime.
• Provide in-depth technical training to customers on operation and optimization.
• Own customer issues and warranty work with clear communication.
• Act as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries.
