Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to ensure optimal performance of our dry ice systems across customer facilities. You will install, train, diagnose issues, and perform repairs while building trusted relationships in the region.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, 3+ years in tech support or field service, and experience with CRM tools. Expect travel and a proactive approach to delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Field Service Maintenance, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in technical customer service or field service.
• Experience using multi-meters and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for Cold Jet equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Own customer issues and warranty work with clear communication.
• Support revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities.
