You will lead field service teams, coordinate resources, ensure safety/compliance, and drive service programs aligned with business targets. The ideal candidate has mechanical/electrical aptitude, a background in customer service, and a track record of reliable field support in fast-paced industrial

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• College Degree preferred but will accept High school Diploma/GED with industry related experience.
• Overnight travel and forklift operation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment.
• Develops and schedules projects for efficient use of resources.
• Identify target end-user accounts and sell service programs.
• Lead and supervise field support/technicians; provide training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, OSHA, DOT HazMat, and ISO9000.
