Job summary

Clean Harbors in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew. The role involves ensuring equipment operates properly and documenting work promptly. Two-week Academy training out-of-state is required and paid by the company.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, coordinating materials, and training technicians. Eligible candidates should have environmental field service experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage project related vendors.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew in performance of job duties to complete client requirements and company policies.
