Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Support Supervisor to mentor technicians and drive skill development. This role focuses on building customer relationships, coordinating repairs, and achieving measurable goals within expected timeframes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the material handling field, 1–3 years in supervision, and solid mechanical aptitude, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in material handling industry.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support Technicians in the field; including technician needs, efficiencies, training.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Customer visits; including service disputes, quote follow up and customer relations.
• Monitor daily PM completion/repairs for team while ensuring quality and timeliness of PM completion/repairs exceeds customer expectations.
• Promote the company philosophies and Toyota Lean Management.
