• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, mentor, and support employees in a field service environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with related industry experience.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, coach, and oversee Service Technicians in the field, providing direction and support.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to technicians to improve workmanship, troubleshooting, productivity, and service standards.
• Oversee large jobs and quotes, ensuring proper scoping and customer alignment.
• Provide hands-on technical support to field technicians for difficult repairs.
• Monitor technician work quality and customer service, taking corrective action when needed.
• Identify training needs and provide feedback to Management on opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Management in evaluating technician performance and development.
• Build strong customer relationships through field presence and proactive communication.
