Job summary

ALUTIIQ INFORMATION MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Arlington, VA to oversee IMAP team visits, ensure SOW compliance, and coordinate with operations and logistics. The role requires extensive technical knowledge, leadership, and a willingness to travel up to 25% for QA and overseas visits.

The ideal candidate will hold a Secret clearance (TS preferred), a relevant electrical degree or license, and significant experience in electrical design or renovation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance; TS Clearance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical field with minimum 3 years' experience in electrical design or renovation, OR
• Associate's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design or renovation, OR
• Master Electrician's license with 7 years' experience in electrical design or renovation, OR
• Journeyman Electrician's license with 10 years' experience in electrical design or renovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMAP team visits and ensure SOW adherence.
• Coordinate with DPA/MM/SSMs on SOW updates and safety procedures.
• Approve and review Service Reports (SR) and PM checklists for accuracy.
• Prepare cost and labor estimates with government reps and team.
• Identify trends and propose improvements to safety and efficiency.
• Travel overseas for QA oversight and post-visit documentation.
