CACI International Inc in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Field Service Supervisor with strong leadership and technical excellence to join our engineering team. You will supervise field technicians onsite and offsite, coordinate HM/HS, HVAC, and generator work, and ensure end-to-end service delivery to DoD and contractor personnel across multiple locations.

The role requires active security clearances, up to 25% travel, and the ability to mentor staff, draft reports, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, low-voltage control systems, and AC/DC energy systems.
• Extensive Refrigeration, Power generation and RF maintenance knowledge.
• Minimum 15 years commercial/industrial experience; supervisory experience across time zones.
• EPA Refrigerant/Universal License and related technical education/certifications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise field technicians onsite and offsite.
• Coordinate HM/HS, HVAC, and Generator work and end-user training.
• Assist travel coordination and resource deployment for remote locations.
• Provide clear status updates and technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Draft, edit and submit reports on HVAC, PGU and HM/HS activities.
