A prominent management services firm located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead technical disciplines under the IMAP program. This role involves managing Field Service Supervisors, ensuring quality in contract deliverables, and requires a Bachelor's degree plus at least 7 years of experience in HVAC or related fields. Qualifications

• Must have 7 years' experience in design, renovation, or maintenance in HVAC or related fields.
• Experience in a management position on the IMAP Contract is preferred.
• Must be able to work on ladders and access hard-to-reach areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and manage technical teams.
• Ensure contract deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure teams have necessary tools.
