Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment repair experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate job expectations for quotes and time estimates to customers.
• Provide status reports on open work orders to management.
• Coordinate and enforce safety practices in line with company policies.
• Support department goals by reviewing service operations performance monthly.
• Supervise and develop service department personnel.
