Crete United in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of field service technicians on commercial HVAC systems. This full-time role includes coordinating service calls, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Relocation assistance is available up to $10,000. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; Universal preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel between commercial properties and participate in on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support field service technicians on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate daily service calls, technician schedules, and maintenance.
• Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure work safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Maintain PM programs for buildings and properties.
• Provide technical guidance to diagnose complex HVAC issues.
• Review tickets, work orders, and estimates for accuracy.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and material usage.
• Communicate with property managers and customers regarding service needs.
• Assist with after-hours emergency service coordination.
