Job description

We are currently searching for a Restoration Project Supervisor to engage in fire, mold, and water restoration in our Large Loss Division. This position involves leading a team of technicians and temporary laborers in projects that include paperwork, job assignments, hazard recognition, and safety communication. It is a labor-intensive but rewarding career opportunity.

Location: This position can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for the Kansas City metro area. It requires extensive travel, with teams traveling 180+ days annually to respond to catastrophic events.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting large loss commercial restoration projects.
• Setting up work areas and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Inspecting work sites for hazards and completing safety forms.
• Documenting progress and managing work tasks, including hands-on work when necessary.
• Performing content inventory, moisture mapping, and monitoring.
• Extracting water and removing damaged materials from flooded structures.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage teams, with basic math and paperwork skills.
• Dependability, flexibility, and adaptability to changing work conditions.
• Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.
• On-call availability 24/7.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive.
• Experience as a Restoration Technician is a plus.

Licensing and Certification:

• Valid State Driver’s License; ability to drive vehicles over 10,001 pounds preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and regulations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training and IICRC Certification required or obtainable.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
