Responsibilities
  1. Review customer service requests to determine causes, types of malfunctions, and locations.
  2. Determine staffing, parts, and equipment needs for service calls.
  3. Prepare schedules and assign personnel based on expertise and capabilities.
  4. Arrange transportation for repairs as needed.
  5. Keep records of work hours, parts, and services performed.
  6. Order replacement parts and supplies.
  7. Counsel and monitor employees, addressing job-skill deficiencies.
  8. Ensure safety compliance and investigate accidents.
  9. Maintain operational and personnel records.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • 3-7 years of service experience.
  • Over 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably with technicians.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements

Regular talking and hearing; sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping; occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
