Job Overview:

The Field Service Supervisor oversees on-site operations, manages and trains service technicians, and maintains open communication with the Service Coordinator and President.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Ensure work is executed according to the planned schedule and monitor service quality.
2. Manage and train service technicians for installations, maintenance, and service repairs.
3. Collaborate with manufacturers and the Service Coordinator to ensure proper tools, parts, and equipment are provided for each job.
4. Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with customers and in a team setting.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Leadership experience
• At least 2 years of mechanical, electrical, and related skills
