Position

We are seeking a Field Service Supervisor for our office in Beaverton, OR.

Primary Objectives/Scope

Supervise assigned service technicians to meet and exceed department profitability goals. Assist the Branch Technical Manager with administration and recruiting. Promote productivity and personal growth among Service Technicians.

Essential Job Duties
  1. Foster a helpful and positive work culture.
  2. Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
  3. Represent the company professionally in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
  4. Achieve team productivity goals across various metrics such as calls per day, callback rates, and efficiency ratings.
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  6. Keep technical knowledge current on all products.
  7. Identify and recommend service training needs.
  8. Assist the Sales department with demos as needed.
  9. Handle service calls during high workload periods.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
  11. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of employees.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities.
  2. Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  3. Exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for digital office equipment.
  4. Good organizational skills and sound judgment in managing priorities.
  5. Proactive initiative and the ability to seek relevant information for timely decisions.
  6. Strong ethics and team collaboration skills.
  7. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  8. Availability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
Experience
  1. Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of related industry experience.
