Power Washing Field Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Work with and supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customers satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Launch and direct technicians each morning for jobsite success
• Serve as lead on large-scale or complex projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
• Conduct quality control by reviewing work orders, photos, and job completion notes
• Collaborate with office and service teams to streamline communication and operations

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in pressure washing, painting, or similar trades
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, train, and hold others accountable
• Genuine care for quality, service, and team development
• Ability to take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems in real time
• Comfort with job management and communication tools (Workiz, CompanyCam, etc.)
• Able to carry 50-100 pounds occasionally
