Job summary

The role includes mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements.

The candidate will contribute to risk management, safety and quality initiatives, and CSR projects while maintaining thorough service documentation and supporting customer training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop troubleshooting strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to implement SOPs and best practices.
• Develop risk management strategies and safety/quality enhancements.
• Support CSR projects and initiatives.
• Document all service activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Assist in customer training programs and workshops.
• Participate in testing and development of new products.
