Job summary

Trevi Group in the United States (Northern Kentucky) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support to customers and site operators. The role includes delivering training, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing detailed service reports.

You will inspect piling and foundation equipment, read technical drawings, and collaborate with commissioning and engineering teams to optimize field processes.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring that equipment and systems operate correctly and efficiently through training, updates, and timely interventions. In addition, by collecting field data and sharing information with other departments, this role contributes to the optimization of Service processes.
