Job summary

Monroe Environmental Corp. is seeking a field service technician to perform onsite and in-house servicing, repair, and installation of company products.

You will participate in inspections at subcontractor facilities and provide technical support to customers on maintenance and operation of equipment. The role includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, determining cost-effective repairs, and preparing service reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education in an Engineering field of study.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to use typical hand and power tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Be literate in English speaking and writing.
• Average computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
