Job summary

RCS LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support operations and drive service improvements. You will apply a broad range of engineering concepts to develop new services and products, participate in planning, and lead special projects.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The Field Service Engineer reports to the Operations Manager and must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to help develop and create new services/products. This job description is a brief description of the job function. The Field Service Engineer is not limited to the job duties listed below and may be asked from time to time to perform other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

Job Function
