Job summary

Veolia Odessa, TX is seeking a Shift Lead Field Service Representative to provide expert technical support, mentor a local field team, and drive maintenance strategies for site operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating installations and integrations to deliver high-quality service for customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field service or technical support, strong electronics/chemistry knowledge, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a field service/technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor a team of Operators.
• Project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve highly complex technical issues and service calls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance strategy development.
• Mentor a team in level 1 maintenance and performance tuning tasks.
• Manage projects including installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and subject matter experts to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Maintain account management activities by logging hours in ServiceMax/Salesforce/MaintainX and complete site safety inspections in Gensuite.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Indirect supervision of Field Service Representatives (FSR)/Operators assigned to shift.
