Job summary

Sealed Air in Santa Fe Springs is seeking a West Service Scheduler to manage incoming service requests for Protective Packaging Equipment and coordinate deployment of field technicians.

Using ServiceMax and SAP, you will create, prioritize, and schedule work orders, balance customer needs with operations, and communicate clearly about dates and expectations. You will collaborate with shipping, quality, sales, and other teams to resolve issues and drive service performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years' experience in field service, dispatch, or scheduling roles, preferably in industrial equipment.
• Experience with ServiceMax Dispatch Console or Service Board; SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor technician availability, travel logistics, parts, and workload to optimize scheduling efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and schedule service work orders in ServiceMax.
• Communicate with customers with clear updates on service dates, windows, and resolutions; escalate as needed.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with shipping, quality, sales, and other teams.
• Act as backup to other Field Service Coordinators when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
