Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Service Salesperson to prospect, generate Service Revenue for the Service Department, and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, including large fleets. You will spend more than 50% of your time outside the office selling Freightliner products.

The role requires delivering top-tier customer service, managing expectations, and expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a trucking service department.
• Technician experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; leadership and teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of Daimler products and pricing.
• Identifies leads, manages prospects, and acquires new business.
• Meets or exceeds business sales goals.
• Prepares and drafts sales agreements and other paperwork as needed.
• Maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends.
