You will advise on equipment, negotiate maintenance agreements, and design tailored solutions with travel up to 75% across FL and GA. Strong customer service, presentation skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in a sales or service-oriented role.
• Excellent oral and verbal presentation and persuasion skills.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and communication etiquette.
• Good time management, organization, creativity, and cooperation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned national account visits and ship-in delivery documents.
• Locate all assigned Units in Operations (UIO) in the territory and add new contracts and units each quarter.
• Use cold calling to connect and build relationships with new customers.
• Track appointments and opportunities in the CRM and meet sales quotas.
• Develop tailored client proposals by identifying customer pain points and solutions.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to analyze contracts and grow business.
• Own optimization, retention, and renewal of current contracts and accounts.
