Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Advisor to grow new business by leveraging existing and prospective client networks. You will advise on actions for customer equipment to improve availability and profitability, focusing on new preventative maintenance contracts.

This role requires 2–3 years in sales or service, strong Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel up to 75% across Florida and Georgia.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or service-oriented role.
• Excellent oral and verbal presentation and persuasion skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Impeccable commitment to excellent customer service and communication etiquette.
• Above-average time management, organizational, creativity, and cooperation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle for travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned national account visits and ship-in delivery documents.
• Locate all assigned Units in Operations (UIO) in the territory and add new contracts and units each quarter as per goals.
• Use cold calling behaviors and techniques to connect and build relationships with new customers.
• Track appointments and opportunities in the CRM while meeting minimum sales quotas per unit type and class.
• Develop tailored client proposals by identifying customer pain points to provide best-in-class service and solutions.
• Work with analytics to analyze current customer contracts and increase business.
• Responsible for optimizing, retaining, and renewing current contracts and existing accounts.
