Schneider’s Power Services Field Service Representatives play an impactful role within the organization. They collaborate with customers, sales representatives, team members, and third-party partners to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in various environments. They are problem solvers, customer-focused, passionate about their work, and the future of Schneider Electric.
We provide all Field Service Representatives with product training, digital and physical tools, service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops.
This is a home-based role with a flexible schedule, guaranteed 40 hours plus overtime.
This position is part of our U.S. Services business within the Power Services team, focusing on electrical distribution equipment inside critical facilities.
Initial in-person training in Dallas, TX, followed by online training, on-the-job mentoring, and onboarding support.
