Job summary

Trillium Engineering is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, tailor support to customer needs, and train end-users for optimal system performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends.

Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.Summary Of Essential Job Functions

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of systems, including but not limited to [list specific systems].

Education And Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical and software systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
• 50% travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands Of Position

• Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment)
• Effective use of computer, laptop, cell phone and other mobile device to exchange information.
