Field Service Representative

Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of systems, including but not limited to [list specific systems].
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical support.
