Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a Field Service/Resident System Support professional to create, track, and oversee projects and financials. You will manage projects from inception to closure, monitor budgets, and prepare invoices and submissions for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong communication, and the ability to read complex requests while maintaining deadlines. Experience with MS Office and SAP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects from creation to closure
• Track project costs and budget requirements
• Create invoices and complete Customer requested submission
• Set up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial support
• Provide back-up support for the Technical Support Coordinator
• Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts
• Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management
