Job summary

Daifuku in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Field Service/Resident System Support (RSS) professional to oversee projects from creation to closure, track costs, and prepare invoices and submissions for customers.

Position Summary

Creates, tracks and oversees projects and financials for Field Service/ Resident System Support (RSS)

Departments

• Oversees projects from creation to closure
• Track project costs and budget requirements
• Create invoices and complete Customer requested submission
• Set up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial support
• Provide back-up support for the Technical Support Coordinator
• Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts
• Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
