Job summary

Daifuku in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a skilled project coordinator to create, track and oversee Field Service/Resident System Support projects and their financials. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office and Excel; SAP is a strong plus. You will manage budgets, prepare invoices, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to support project success.

• Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts.
• Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management.
