Job summary

Integra in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of service projects by organizing schedules, managing files, and coordinating communication between internal teams, field technicians, and clients. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software (ServiceTitan, Procore).

The Opportunity

This role ensures service projects are executed efficiently and supports overall project success.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience;
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service operations, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Procore).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferred.
• Familiarity with construction or building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) preferred.
• OSHA 10 or comparable safety certification.
