Job summary

JDC Power Systems is seeking a Project Specialist, Field Service to coordinate meetings, logistics, and reporting for multiple projects. You will liaise between field teams and management to ensure on‑time execution and accurate data across FARs, invoices, and time tracking.

Responsibilities include ERP‑based tasks, procurement, site support, and maintaining project metrics while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with construction site safety procedures, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience; military experience at E5–E6 level considered.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory or project coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting maintenance, electrical work, or field operations preferred.
• Forklift certification or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, meetings, and communication across teams.
• Review Daily Reports, Work Logs, Time Sheets, and prepare invoices for billing.
• Attend meetings on Issue Resolution, Scheduling, RCA, RMA, FARs, and Warranty.
• Interface with staff and field managers for project updates and reporting.
• Track time, FARs, and project reporting systems; support data verification.
• Procure parts/equipment from warehouse; coordinate deliveries to sites.
• Manage RMAs, packing lists, and materials paperwork; maintain attic stock.
• Support ERP tasks in Nexus/NetSuite and ensure OSHA compliance at sites.
• Deliver site visits for paperwork, parts, or field team support.
