You will work with senior leaders to develop actionable projects and tools to improve service processes and profitability, while managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Eng, Mechanical Eng, Material Science, Textile Eng, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Experts in manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Troubleshooting products in operation on paper machines.
• Complete customer service orders and commission new equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement in service from process, mechanical, and automation perspectives.
• Evaluate opportunity management using Salesforce and develop improvement ideas; facilitate meetings to improve current processes.
• Provide problem-solving expertise to find solutions.
• Assigned to a project to complete during internship.
• Work with a mentor from the Operations team.
• Present a project review to peers and management at internship end.
