Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Junior or Senior status by fall 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review current operations and safety procedures to ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with practices.
• Identify gaps between documented procedures and operational execution.
• Evaluate communication methods, documentation systems, and digital tools in rail operations.
• Analyze operational roles and responsibilities to clarify leadership ownership within the facility.
• Assist in developing a leadership playbook for the Facility Manager and operations leadership team.
