You will work closely with the VP of Service, department managers, and field service experts to develop actionable projects and tools to improve the service process and profitability.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in one of the listed engineering fields.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment with some lifting (up to 15 pounds).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and data analysis abilities.
• Creative, self-driven, and able to work with a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Experts in manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Troubleshoot products in operation on paper machines.
• Complete customer service orders and commission new equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement activities from process, mechanical, and automation perspectives.
• Evaluate opportunity management using Sales Force and develop improvement ideas.
• Participate in project reviews and present contributions at internship end.
