Voith Paper in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals for the Regional Graduate Program (RGP) as Field Service Experts. The 18-month rotation covers Process Service, Mechanical Service, and Automation / Controls Service, exposing you to service operations and continuous improvement.

Candidates should hold a 4-year engineering or related degree and be willing to relocate within North America during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; production focus preferred.
• Willingness to travel during the 18-month training period to areas with plants or large customer bases.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment; ability to work around machinery and related equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotations within Service departments during the 18-month Regional Graduate Program (Process, Mechanical, Automation/Controls).
• Learn to understand, predict and enhance plant operations using analytical methods and data-driven improvements.
• Support scheduling, planning and service operations by assembling data and identifying improvements.
