Ecolab in Detroit, MI is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team. You will deliver service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across warewashing and related systems, supporting customer programs and ensuring safety standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of service experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overnight shifts with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience installing, maintaining or troubleshooting equipment.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle.
• Complete accurate documentation for all work performed.
