Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services in Philadelphia seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee field service projects from initial scope through completion.

You will work closely with customers, Operations, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires 3+ years of PM experience and willingness to travel to customer locations and active worksites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing field-based projects, crews, equipment, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work.
• Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during project execution.
