Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking a Project Manager to support our growing Industrial and Environmental Services business. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and overseeing field service projects from scope through completion.

The Project Manager will collaborate with customers, Operations, field crews, and internal teams to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Candidates should have hands-on experience with field-based projects, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing field-based projects, crews, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and active worksites.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and profitability.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
• Provide project status updates and reports to management.
• Oversee emergency response projects as assigned.
• Address project-related concerns and resolve delays.
